What We Do

Our Hall

We have a number of activities which take place in our Church Hall across the week.

The hall is round the back of the church and is and accessible space which is warm and inviting.

The Hall kitchen has recently been extended and restyled to a high standard and includes all modern conveniences.

The disabled toilet has also been recently rebuilt and restyled.

We have a number of community groups using our facilities and we are happy to welcome new groups as vacancies arise.

Please contact Fiona Buchan to enquire about hall bookings.

Our Swaziland Connection

The Diocese of Brechin is a companion diocese to the Diocese of Swaziland, and we also try to support our brothers and sisters in this sister diocese.

At Holy Trinity we are engaged in supporting a food, health and education project in Swaziland, which we know as the Starfish Project. Swaziland is a tiny country, but has the highest incidence of HIV/Aids in the world and the effects of this are catastrophic.

In addition to hunger caused by drought and failed harvests, people face extreme poverty and illness in a country lacking in the infrastructure to provide basic support and medical services for most of the people.

Since 2007, the Starfish Project has been able to provide money on a regular basis to buy food supplies, medicines and clinic visits for the children in a number of small villages.

Our fundraising goes to support various projects including schooling, sewing projects and home-based care projects.
